Accessibility statement
This statement covers travellapland.fi, the Travel Lapland web app and the mobile app’s own interface. The service is operated by Yrityspalvelu Kunnari. Following a link to another business takes you to that business’s service.
Accessibility status
A comprehensive accessibility assessment is in progress. Our target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. We cannot yet confirm compliance across the whole service. Automated checks alone do not establish compatibility with all assistive technologies.
Assessment and limitations
Reviewed on 13 October 2026. Assessment uses development browser and keyboard checks and automated accessibility tests. Lapio image choices, conversation and itinerary were checked at 320, 768 and 1280 pixels. Language choices were checked in five languages. Earlier checks also covered terms, privacy pages and cookie choices. This is not an independent audit of the entire service.
- Not all mobile features have been tested with VoiceOver and TalkBack on physical devices. Focus behaviour in every dialog and enlarged text also need broader assessment.
- Text contrast over images has not been verified for every image and colour that administrators can choose.
- Not all functions of external booking and payment services or maps have been assessed. Travel Lapland’s test results do not establish their accessibility.
